I have put together the first book in my series My Neat Life. The book is called My Pet’s Neat Life and contains 10 pages with fill-in-the-blank forms to keep track of everything about your pets. Keep a complete record in one place of all of your dog or cat’s vaccinations, weights, veterinary visits, contact phone numbers and more.
Just print out the book either one or two sided and put the pages in a slim binder with a pocket folder or envelope to store your pets medical and vaccination receipts.
My Pet’s Neat Life is $9.95

I was taking my dogs for a walk and came across a lost dog sign on the stop sign a block away from our house. The sign had a long description about the lost dog but there wasn’t a picture. I went to the neighbor’s house and asked them if they need help putting a picture on the signs around the neighborhood. It turned out they hadn’t ever photographed their dog so they didn’t have a picture. Think about it – could you easily recognized a brown and white, Doberman / Pitbull / Lab mix dog if you saw it?

Have you ever know anyone who had so much stuff in their purse that you wondered if they were actually carrying a small child in there? With the sizes of purses resembling small suitcases it’s easy to forget to take stuff out and put it away. Do you really need 25 used tissues, 5 binky’s or all those gas and ATM receipts with you? There are women out there with back and shoulder problems who would all benefit from a lighter load.

Yesterday I got a call from a close friend who said she and her family were going to be passing through our area on their way to Las Vegas and they wanted to stop by. I love my friend but my house was a mess and wasn’t intending on getting it organized for a couple of days. I had clothes in the living room because I was ironing and my kitchen was a mess from breakfast. She said they were about 45 miles away which gave me only about an hour to work some magic. Here are some ways you can bluff your way to organized.

I was working on my January goals and realized that being organized isn’t as hard if you don’t have a lot of stuff. I have to admit I have a lot of stuff. I always thought that if my stuff was organized and neat and I had room to put things away that I really didn’t have too much stuff. Well, we’ve past that point of too much so now my goal is to get rid of some of the items we just don’t use.

I know it has been a while since I posted but life kind of got in the way. Everyone has ups and downs so I won’t bore you with my challenges the past 30 days. Everything is going better now so it’s time to help you be more organized.
One thing that happened a couple of weeks ago is that my husband borrowed my car and was in an accident with a deer. My husband didn’t get hurt and the deer ran off. My car on the other hand wasn’t so lucky. It’s amazing how much money it costs to fix what looked like moderate damage. Click to read more →

Does your shower resemble a hotel spa or the condiment section of the grocery store? Most people have showers loaded with bottles and jars of shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser, liquid bath gel, etc. How are you every going to get the clutter organized?
Try installing a multi-compartment liquid soap dispenser like this one from Organized Living. This is such a great way to keep up to three different shampoos, conditioners or soaps neat. Click to read more →

I know a lot of people sell items online on their own website, eBay, Craigslist, Amazon and more. I sell on all of these venues and have thousands of items to keep track of. It took me a while (7 years) to finally come up with a system to keep track of everything.
In all of the years I have been selling, I have only misplaced one item. It was a postcard of a carnation flower from 1903. We had just finished moving all the inventory from one side of the warehouse to the other side and during the move I lost it. Click to read more →
